1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DockerTab ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DockerTab is an iOS application that allows users to monitor and manage Docker containers running on machines they own or control. The App connects to a self-hosted DockerTab Agent and, optionally, to the DockerTab Relay service for remote access and push notifications.

3. Premium Subscription

What's Included: Premium features include remote access via the DockerTab Relay, push notifications for container events, interactive container shell, and any additional features designated as premium within the App.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Pricing and billing frequency are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period upon cancellation.

Relay Service: The DockerTab Relay is a cloud service operated by DockerTab. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Relay service with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to access Docker hosts you do not own or are not authorized to manage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App or Relay server
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to circumvent subscription verification or access premium features without a valid subscription

5. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the Docker hosts and containers you manage through the App
• You are responsible for securing your DockerTab Agent, API keys, and device
• DockerTab is not responsible for data loss, container downtime, or damage resulting from actions taken through the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design and branding, is the property of DockerTab. The DockerTab Agent is open-sourced under the MIT License. All other rights are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and relay service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DockerTab makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DockerTab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
